Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
